Daina looked at Travis's page and realized that he had a girlfriend. She was beautiful.
Her hopes were lowered just looking at her face.
She refreshed te page and noticed that his status went from In A Relationship to Single.
Her eyes scanned the page and the picture of his girlfriend went off of his top.
"What in the world?" A voice came from behind her.
Sarah!
Daina twisted her head. "SARAH!" She closed the window of Travis's page.
"Who was that, Daina?" Sarah was always so nosy when she was home.
"Someone I've been looking up. He says he wants to join our band and I...uh..." She paused.
Sarah laughed. "Ok, Day. I'm kidding. The boys are still upstairs, knocked the hell out." She raised a brow.
"What did you give them?"
Daina laughed. "Nothing, you retard."
Travis.
I thought of her when I took this.
Daina's eyes lite up when she saw his profile picture.
He was stunning. And who else could look like him but himself.
"He's hot!" Kelsey yelled from the door to the computer room.
Daina laughed. She trusted Kelsey. "His name is Travis. He's moving over here."
Kelsey looked out the window. "The house down the street?"
Daina nodded her head. "Yeah. And he wants to join our band but I don't know...I wanted to meet him and have the guys meet him too."
Kelsey shook her head. "Ok, no. First, he's too hot to meet guys. Second, you're in charge of the band. You have the choice to."
Daina shook her head also. "No. I am fair and I count everyone in. They have to meet him before anything happens."
-Two Days Later-
"Class, we have a new student in our hall. His name is Travis Standon." Mrs. Jennis announced.
Daina stood up straight. "Travis who?"
"Travis Standon." The teacher had repeated.
Daina looked around the class and saw the same people. "Uh, where is he, miss?"
The teacher shook her head and waited for the bell to dismiss them to first period.
Daina rushed out the door and hurried down the halls. "Damn it! JOSH!" She grabbed Josh and turned him around. "What?" He said.
"New kid. Travis. Where?" She shortened.
Josh sat in thought. "Oh, Standon. He's in my homeroom. He's in english first period."
Daina ran to the english room. Which was her first period class too. She stopped right before the door, casually fixing her black hair and her lip ring. She even popped her lips to make sure the purple lip stick was still there.
She strode into the english room as she always did. "Dayyy!!!" Lisa cried.
Daina sat down in the back of the class like she always did. "Hey." She said.
Her eyes secretly scanned the room.
"There's a new boy. He's two lockers away from me. And he's absolutely amazing." Lisa whispered.
"Oh?" Daina looked down sadly. He wasn't there.
Yet.
"OH! Mr. Standon! You're here! Good. You can sit where ever you like." Ms. Kansy could be heard miles away.
Daina looked up. There he was.
And he couldn't look any better.
